After order confirmation, when can I receive the product?

We ship auto parts all over the world. But depending on your location and type of car part, shipping time may vary, usually 3-7 days.

Can I change the delivery address and time after online order confirmation?

Customer should confirm the provided shipping address is final and correct since it is not changeable after order is confirmed.

Can I pick up the order at SUPER GT Hong Kong address?

Yes sure! You can choose to pick up your orders at our store when placing the order.

Product and Stock

How do I know if an item I want to purchase is in stock?

Super GT uses a real-time inventory system to monitor current inventory levels. We pride ourselves on our efficient logistics and quick turnaround time. If an item is labelled “In Stock” on our website, you can have confidence we have the item on hand ready to ship from our warehouse. If you order placed before 12PM HKT, your order will ship same day.

What happens if an item I purchased is not in stock?

If an order is placed for a product that is labelled “Out of Stock,” we will keep the order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If a product is out of stock, it will be backordered in our system and ship as soon as it is back in stock.

Return and Refund

If the product purchased online fails to meet the manufacturers’ standards, how can I request a refund?

The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers’ standard within 10 days of purchase, customers can contact us by phone / email to follow up. If the product is confirmed as not meeting the manufacturers’ standard, SUPER GT guarantees to exchange the product.

When will I receive the refund once it is confirmed?

When agreed by the customer service department and you, SUPER GT will refund any money involved in the order to your credit card bank account within about 4-8 weeks.
