Please Read the following terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that apply to your purchases.

The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you via this Site. By placing an order via this site, you have accepted the following terms and conditions. SGT-store reserves the right to make adjustments to this Site and the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  1. Product Disclaimer

Some of the products sold on our site are for off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with local governmental and environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product. SGT-store is not responsible for any fines or costs that a customer may incur as a result of failing to check with local governmental or environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product.

  1. Order acceptance policy

SGT-store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without notice.  Cancellation of an order may due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems that are identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. In some situation, we must contact you to obtain and verify additional information before accepting an order. If your order is cancelled for any reason or additional information is required, SGT-store may contact you by phone and/or email. Please make sure that your contact information on the order is valid. If the contact information is invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order.

  1. Address change policy

Please make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. There will be a minimum charge of $500 to revise an incorrect shipping address on your order. If the order has already shipped and the address needs changed there is a charge of $500 as UPS charge fee’s to make an address change. This type of address change is not guaranteed to actually work. UPS has about a 50% success rate at address changes once submitted. Please take the time the first time to make sure your address information is correct on the order. We process orders as quickly as possible and most of the time are shipped before you can contact us to make a change.

  1. Typographical errors

Most of the time, SGT-store provides accurate product pricing and shipping information. In rare cases, pricing and typographical errors may occur. Under such situation, SGT-store cannot confirm product and/or shipping pricing until after an order has been placed. In the event that a pricing or typographical error exists with any product or service offered, SGT-store reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time without notice. In most pricing or typographical error situations, you will be contacted by SGT-store for further instruction or SGT-store will cancel your order with email and/or phone notification. Shipping price differences may exist on any order regardless of size. If a shipping price differences exists, SGT-store may contact the customer with revised shipping price. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  1. Shipping and Stock Status

SGT-store strives to provide convenient shipping for our customers.

For International orders, we aim to ship IN-STOCK orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the orders via UPS. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the contents of the orders. SGT-store will only ship an order once all products are in stock. Customers who are looking to ship partial orders will need to contact SGT-store, additional shipping charges will be applied. Once you have placed an order, please log into your SGT-store account to review the order details including expected ship date, order status and order history. All ship dates are estimated and given by supplier. SGT-store does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change. Free shipping only applies for customers shipping within Hong Kong. All shipping times are based on our Monday through Saturday business hours. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. International Orders

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country’s import policy, all the prices shown on SGT-store exclude import duty fees or other taxes.

International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery. SGT-store is not responsible for these charges as we have no affiliation with tax systems set forth by international countries. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, SGT-store will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. SGT-store will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.

Due to geographical differences, same vehicle in different countries may not share the same parts (different part number) as a result of different version. All the vehicle applications on SGT-store are focused on Hong Kong (RHD) market. If international customers are unsure about the parts they ordering are correct, they have to contact SGT-store or conduct the research they need in order to make sure the parts are correct.

  1. Discount items (coupon code)

Coupon codes are not applicable to all the products. Certain Items are void from coupon codes such as already on sale product, large or heavy product, and certain product categories.

Orders are subject to terms of SGT-store. Before placing an order with SGT-store, customers should understand some products cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable.

SGT-store only accept orders that have not been shipped to be cancelled. In order to cancel an order, customer has to contact SGT-store with your full name, order ID, reason for cancelling and the part or parts you want to cancel. Usually, a minimum of 10%-30% of the original price will be marked as cancellation fee as supplier will also charge us for cancelling an order. To cancel an order paying by PayPal, 10% will be the minimum charge on cancellations since PayPal will charge us no matter what.

Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide before ordering any products to confirm that the parts you have selected are correct fitment for your vehicle. If customers are unsure about the parts they ordering are correct, they have to contact SGT-store or conduct the research they need in order to make sure the parts are correct. There is no exception to the 10% fee at minimum on cancellations.

-Returns or Exchanges

Sgt-Store only accepts returns and exchanges of items that meet the following rules:

  1. Products must have been purchased within the last 21 days.
  2. Products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.
  3. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the mistake of SGT-store or the manufacturer of the product(s).
  4. The RMA number must be marked on the returned box. (Do not write on the actual item box, just on the brown box you send it back in.) (Customers have to contact SGT-store to request an RMA number for the part they need to return or exchange)
  5. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
  6. Shipping fees are not refundable.

In rare cases, customers receive the wrong parts sent by SGT-store. Customers have to contact SGT-store to request an RMA number for the part needed to be exchanged. SGT-store will cover all shipping charges in this situation and exchange it for customers as fast as possible. Please make sure the parts sent by SGT-store are correct items before installing them because SGT-store cannot cover 3rd party charges such as labour charges that associated with incorrect parts.

Please contact our support team for all cancel, return and exchange requests.

Non-Returnable products include:


-Fragile products such as head lamp, tail lamp and aero parts.

  1. Warranty support

Different product has different warranty period. Before placing an order, it is the responsibility of customers to understand whether the product comes with warranty or not and if so, what are the warranty periods. SGT-store does not warranty other manufacturer’s products. Warranty only applies to Hong Kong customers. International customers that are not located inside Hong Kong purchasing products from us must agree and understand that products provided do not come with any warranty support.

As a result of possible rapid failure of some products such as brake components, clutch components and electrical components, SGT-store excludes these types of products from warranty.
